Dear All, We have few employees working in other countries. They are part of our organization and treated as employees. Currently they are paid in USD and have no bifurcation of the remunerations paid. Earlier their salary remuneration were processed by Finance team directly. But now the management want HR team to process their salaries as per regular payroll and maintain records.
Request your guidance in this regards as if specific format of salary register that needs to be maintained for the same. The attendance details for these employees shall be received from respective co-ordinators.
