If you were a person employed in the category of workman, you can raise a dispute u/s 2-A(1) of the Industrial Disputes Act,1947 before the ALC for the area where you worked last before such termination claiming reinstatement and back wages with continuity of service.
If you were employed in any other higher category, you may institute a Civil Suit claiming damages for wrongful termination by way of breach of contract of employment.
However, prior to any one of such legal action, send a notice to the Company stating that the act is illegal as it is violative of the contract of employment and as such if not suitably rectified forth with, it would entail in seeking legal remedy from your side.

If company terminate any employee same day with giving termination letter and also along with one month salary........is there any legal thing happen. Please let me know. One of my friend working as a HR, management terminate one employee same day but giving physical letter along with one month salary, but that employee send notice to him. Please let me know.
