Paid leaves - salary slip
Hello friends i have to make salary slip for my office staff. but i have a querry as how should i add the paid leaves in the salary slip. for example: no .of day 31 days absent 2 days paid leave 1 day hence should it been shown as: no. of days 31 days present 30 days or should it been shown as: no. of days 31 days present 29 days and additional paid leave 1 day can you all please help me with a proper salary slip format where i can show paid leaves added. await your revert. regards salloni

Please clarify on the paid leave 1. paid leave to be paid only on basic salary 2. while calculating the paid leave leave without pay days to be reduced to arrive the correct paid leave 3. paid leave to be paid only after completion of one year 4. paid leave to be paid seperately and not to include in regular salary as all other allowance is included in the payroll awaiting for your comments.
Recovery of excess salary paid to an employee
Dear friends i wanted to know if by mistake an employee is paid extra in the last payroll eg he has been paid for 30 days when he was present only for 29 then how do we show the reversal of that surplus paid in the next salary slip considering that there has been an increment starting from the current month i.e after the last salary paid to him. under what salary component should it be reflected and how? regards nitin
No. of paid days if some one is on 2 months leave without leave balance..
Dear seniors one of our employee is on leave for 2 months as he met an accident. last month we have paid him the salary after adjusting his leave balance last month he has worked only for 4 days. now he does not have any leave balance and he has not attended office at all his expected joining is 2nd week next month. now i questions is how many days salary he should be paid? note : his current month leave entitlement is 2 number of calander holiday2. also would like to inform that we do not count saturday and sunday in leaves is some one has availed consecutive leaves. if we consider above points number of paid days coming as 2254 13. should he be paid for 13 days salary even without attending the office. kindly give you valuable suggestions.
No salary during notice period
I have worked in a company. i served two months of notice period. during notice period no salary were paid after i came to now 2 months of salary will not paid at the time of relieving. management said salary and fnf will be paid after 45 days from last working date. however i have completed the 45 days still i did not recvd the salary yet. please suggest i can appeal the case through labor court and how long its take to resolve.
Reimbursement components deducted proportionately if salary is deducted
My question is this if an employee has a reimbursement as part of salary like medical reimbursement of rs1250 per month and fuel reimbursement of rs7500 per month and if the salary is paid for less days i.e. salary is deducted and paid for say 20 days so will both medical and fuel reimbursement be deducted proportionately as in they will be paid for 20 days or will they be paid in full say even if an employee comes for just 2 days in a month and 2 days salary is paid so will the employee get fuel and medical reimbursement for 2 days only??
