Worker injured with hot tea and was unable to work due to blister - required to report as LTI under factories act / rules?

Dear all, In our plant one contract worker got injured due hot tea fell down on feet and very next day in second shift he joined with medical fitness and worked completed 8 hrs duty. After that Next day was his weekly off, further again next day he joined in b shift and after worked for 2 hours he left the plant and told that he is not able to work due to pain blisters etc. In this case are we required to report as LTI under factories act / rules.
