Dear Sir:
I am currently working in one of the IIT 1 (Autonomous Government Organization). I applied Through Proper Channel to another IIT 2 in a higher post. My application was duly forwarded by my office including Vigilance Clearance Certificate, 5 years APAR and other relevant documents. Now, I have been given the Offer Letter from IIT 2 on 3 January 2019 to join within one month. So I placed my Technical Resignation to IIT 1 to relieve me from my current post on 8 February 2019. But then IIT 1 constituted an Handing Over TKing Over Committee. Though, it seems not as per Government Rules, but still I cooperated with said Committe of IIT 1 and Handed Over all documents, files and a Status report to the said Committee. The said Committee recorded the same but neither processed Charge Hand Over nor any negative comments on my Handing Over or Status Report but only stated that the documents referred in the Status Report needs to be checked administratively. After that it is now 3 Months and 25 Days but I have not been relieved stating that the said Committe Chairman needs to close the report. Meanwhile, to check administratively the referred documents in the Status Report another interim two member Committee has been constituted. Also IIT 2 has given me Joining Time extension till 30 April 2019. Please advice.
