As per new PF low it is compulsory for employer to deduct 1800 from salary. So i need proper salary structure as we are considering 40% of gross as a Basic( If G.salary is below 17000 then we are considering 6650 as fixed basic) and 30% of basic as a HRA and rest.
So employer's liability for PF is increasing, so can anyone help me out with ideas.
