Dear seniors i have close to 4 years of experience into hr generalist role. i have experience in recruitment onboarding and induction employee engagement employee relations performance management and exit management. i have been trying to understand and plan my career which can take to the next level. however i m not able to understand on the future prospects and growth. one aspect i m sure about is my interest to work in human resource. please guide me how should i plan my upcoming career what should i concentrate on. what can i implement in my role? how can i see the achievements in my career? how should i mold my career and what should i learn to reach to next level? how would be the future of a human resource professional?

Hello jazi greetings manpower planning is the first step where an organisation analysis its manpower need keeping in mind turnover rates coprporate policy for promotion and success planning and retrenchment/ super annuation. once the next year manpower requirement plan is finalised then a recruitment plan is drawn up. a recruitment plan involves job description qualification details/ skill level and recruitment sources dates for recruitmnet and tying up dates with institutions e.tc. hope this clarifies the question. regards anandita

Dear all i am actually looking for a recruitment plan or hiring plan. how is a plan on yearly or qly basis done? i have a scenario. there is a business unit of 1500 employees and 6 sub business units sbus. if the company wanna grow on 40 year on year basis. but the head of business unit want the business unit grows on 60 on quarterly basis. the pre sales guys telling that they have some deals in pipelines and if they get them then to deliver those the business unit will require atleast 450 employees more than the current number. please tell me how will we be able to create the hiring plan? in case this is not understandable then please tell me how do we do the simple hiring plan based on the future plan. regards garima
