I am working for a regional organization comprising of around 400 employees (approved structure posts and Projects staff).
Recruitment is a challenge as there is a system of quota per country (total of 16 countries).
I want to devise a Human Resource Plan as well as a recruitment plan for one year.
How do i proceed?
