Dear All, In my organization we are planning to take morning briefing for all employees. Can someone please share some pointers for the same. It would be of great help.

Morning brief - Technical or HR related.. you have not mentioned.
On the technical side daily morning brief about the task completed previous day, task to be completed for the day, any issues facing by the employees, what they learned from errors etc can be discussed.
On the HR front morning brief may not be required on daily basis. However during joining process (Induction program) you may share about Company Policies, rules and regulations followed, about Company, benefits eligibility, what is expected from employees etc.
