Hi , I have resigned on March 11,2019. I got my last day as May 24th, 2019, but as per the company rules my notice period is 60 days. I requested for 60 days notice period by mail and call. After that there is no response for multiple calls and mails. Please let me know how to proceed with this?

I recommend you putting up application the to MD seeking his intervention. In your application write that you have submitted a letter of resignation but no official communication has been received on the acceptance of the resignation. If you do not receive any communication from MD also, then put up second application for his personal interview.
