I want to write termination letter to my project delivery manager for lack of productivity in work.
he joined 1 month before according to company policy starting 3 months is early probation period and in that probation period 15 days is notice period.if the employee is not good company can terminate and if the employee is not satisfied with the company he can also leave .
please help me with proper format.
