We have a employee whose services were confirmed for 3 month notice period & as per terms defined in appointment letter, he needs to serve notice period of 3 month but now as per on telephonic discussion it seems he will not come back, he is being absent duty since 4 days, now how should we proceed?
Show cause, charge sheet, or a direct legal notice at his address, please guide us how should we draft letter and in which sequence.
He has serve for 1 month 10 days , so as per appointment letter & service terms he needs to pay for 1 month & 20 days.
