Am working in IIFL gold loans in A.P from the last 9years & achieved so many excellency certificates, rewards for my hard work. All of a sudden,My above senior officials like AM,TM,BM changes & am facing lot of difficulty in working now.Small queries,Audit issues used to b there previously too;but as long as am giving business to company; they were behind me supporting in every Audit issues & I too used to solve those issues soon, not taking any for granted. But all of a sudden,1Auditir came to bank & though explained him all the query clearly & promise to clear it asap;complained about me to higher officials.Based on his inputs,Company sent showcause notices to me in January & askd me to explain.Through mail,i explained my side & company also cool-off,by sending a warning mail to me,not to repeat such things again..But now as the market is versatile & am just falling a step behind in giving business to company;same Auditor raised other complaints to company about me & they issued Show-Cause notices to me & askd my side within 7days.Before I present my part, again sent mail to me to come to main branch Hyderabad for DC meeting/explanation. After sending reply mail to showcause notice, went to Hyderabad to attend DC meeting. Thought DC meeting would be fair & free, will b given chance to explain my side and ready to render my apologies to them, for the inconvenience caused. But without listening to my single words, askd us to leave the meeting and told us to see the mails for the result of meeting.
The nxt day (I,e) on 9th April only, around 5:45pm received mail from HR citing the January month & April month showcause notices,Terminating me for violating company's policy's.
Again @6:15pm, received other mail from HRs,stating that my Resignation was pulled back & asked me to join office again.
Before knowing what's happening, another mail @6:45pm came stating that My Resignation was approved with immediate effect & I can leave office asap. My FnF,pf, gratuity will b settled by contacting local HRs.
In a confusion atmosphere, yet felt happy that am getting free from this work pressure & unfaithful company, left the office same day, informing & handling all the key points to my senior authority.
Next morning, called the local HRs to know the status of my FnF,pf, gratuity amount; but shocked to hear from them that I was Terminated from company & no relieving letter, gratuity,Pf amount will b entertained to me.
Felt shattered, cheated by company, for whom worked more than 9years sincerely. Is company have rights to Terminate a employee, who already submitted her resignation & it's pending to approval?can I approach Labour/Consumer court?

Dear Friend,
As per your communication there is no fare & transparent enquiry done from the company, so you have all the rights to approach labour court.
Some of the following points in your favour.
1. After sending the terminating mail, Why your HR said to join ?
2. On which ground they were terminated you , ask Hr to explain the situation through mail.

PF cannot be denied to you .
Gratuity also is protected/
Pl consult a good lawyer about your termination drama
Preserve all these emails and take the matter legally by sending them a notice.
Apparently from what you said, the termination was not as per laid down norms-fair enquiry, change to be heard and put up defence etc.
What ever be the matter, denial of PF is against rules and so is the case with gratuity.

Dear Friend,
Greetings!!
THere is one ambiguity that when you had tendered resignation before termination by co. or after that.
Do you have resignation acceptance copy and all mails print out which were pertaining to your termination and resignation circus between you and co.
If yes, just do one thing, don't lodge a case, do simple complaint to nearest Labour Officer/Commissioner and PF officer/commissioner.
Thanks & Rgds
