Hi,
I presume particular employee doesn't want to be part of one particular team as he have difference of opinion with his colleague. First try to find out the issue and try to resolve it. As a least option shift him to other team. In general if you are going to accommodate such change of team request for one employee.. then if the number of request increases then it would be trouble to the company in future. so please exercise caution.

Hi,
You have not briefed about the 'misbehaviour' of the BDM. What he did. However in general you can counsel him that any difference of opinion between BDM and BA will affect the growth of the Company which will in turn affect their career with the Company. You may educate them to work together and achieve in the better interest of the Company. You may also share about the importance of team work. Also advise BDM to appreciate the efforts of his subordinate. I hope now you are clear
