Dear Friends,
We have started new manufacturing company in Bangalore and we have 34 employees at present on muster role.
Kindly help me in covering these 34 employees under PF/ESIC Act
Since it is online procedure, help me out in this regard.
Moreover, any exemption on payment of 12% from the employer side (under Pradhanamanthri rojagar yojan scheme)
Regards,
Malathesha K S

Dear Friend,
1. PF aplicability is for 20 or more employees, and ESIC applicability is 10 or more including (Directors).
2. PMRPY benifit only can avail for new employees, those are not having previous PF deductions in any company..

Dear Malathesha Katte,
Earlier ESI & PF registration was in Offline mode. Later they made it separate portal like OLRE portal. Now all the registrations are at single window known as SHRAM SUVIDHA Portal. Here you will be asking for DIN Numbers, Incorporation certificate, DS and other documents. Here you can enroll for all labour departments
In this link https://shramsuvidha.gov.in/registerAgency you can register for all the below
(1) The Employees Provident Funds And Miscellaneous Provision's Act (EPF) Act-1952.
(2) Employees' State Insurance Act (ESI) ACT-1948.
(3) Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act-1970.
(4) Building and Other Construction Workers (BOCW) Act -1996.
(5) Inter-State Migrant Workmen (ISMW) Act-1979.
License: (1) CLRA Act (2) ISMW Act
Then to PMRPY .,
PMRPY Scheme enrollment closed on March 31 2019. Right now, You can't enjoy this scheme
With Best Regards,
Prasad J
