We have policy of one year probation period for all employees. One of our female employee joined in Sept 2018 and till March 2019 she availed more than 26 days of leave mentioning the reason of ill health & brother's marriage. Now management is not happy with her poor attendance & also about her performance. From 04th April 2019 she is again on leave & intimated us that she is pregnant & doctor has advice her to rest till further notice. so now she is not able to come office & even not sure whether after resuming duty how long she will again work.
Terms & conditions of her appointment letter says: -
