I have prepared a short presentation on 7C's of Communication that will help all employees (especially the beginners who have started their corporate journey recently).
Communication is a vast topic. While conducting training in the organizations, I felt a brief guide on how can we make our Communication effective by following the simple yet important 7 Cs will help us to be a good communicator. These principles can be applied for Verbal as well as Written Communication. I have simplified the concepts with the help of examples for easy understanding.
It is said that 70% of the mistakes happen in the organizations due to lack of communication / poor communication. In such cases, simply follow the 7 C's of communication formula and notice the change.
