Duty hour changed from 12 to 8 hour for worker - any legal obligation for moving the plant work hours?


Hi, Here Sunil Kumar Yadav, i want to know any legal obligation for moving the plant from 12hour to 8 hour? Can i know the procedure in legal way? Kindly guide me.
