In case of resigned employees who want to get relieved by last day of calendar month and if that last day happens to be weekly holiday or paid holiday for the company, should such employee be relieved on last working day prior to weekly holiday, or on last day of calendar month which happens to be weekly holiday.
For Ex: if last working day is 31st March which is Sunday, should the resigned employee be relieved on 30th Saturday or 31st Sunday. Suppose such employee is relieved on Saturday, is it correct to pay his salary up to 30th or is it necesaary to pay his salary for Sunday 31st
