Hi all one of our employee appointed as qc assistant is on probation of six months. the management want to terminate him due to poor performance. shall there arise any legal dispute if we terminate him along with one month notice pay. there is clearly mentioned in his appointment letter that his service are liable to terminate during the probation period either side one month notice. please suggest. rajesh
