I was working with the organization from 2012 (7 years), Confirmed employee. suddenly for some small reason (Reports Not submitted of 10 days) organisation force me to resign. i mailed to HR in my resignation letter as i am resigning from the post of sales executive as organization is forcing me. i demand my pending incentives but still i have not receive any reply from HR. even i also not received salary month of March.
i am confused , kindly help me & suggest me.

Resigntion is Voluntary and Cant Legally be induced or otherwise obtained under duress and any such Act is pnishable under the Laws and Enlightened Management Team Obeserve that and Obey the Dignity ofLabour, Neverther less, Unscrupilous Acts are Not Unknown. Pursue for Justice in yourcase, State of Confusion is likely but never Helps the Cause. HR Management Practioners as well as other Manageres Must Obey the Laws of the land and Uphold Fundamental Rights, in Letter and Spirit
