Hello Everyone, I am working in a small IT organisation, team size is 20. Here most of the things is taking care by director only related to HR activities like making salary, policy, half days or leaves etc. I am only doing internal recruitment for company. I have good experience in generalist role of HR. Everything is good in organisation, but I am not learning anything here now, and its been 6 months to work here.
Please suggest me what should I do, I want to grow as a successful HR, but here I am learning nothing and doing nothing special apart from recruitment, employee engagement activities, making and updating records only. Should I start looking for job switch or talk to director to get involved in other activities as well.
