Some of the selected candidates are requesting for salary break up. So whether is it compulsory to have salary breakup in the offer letter. We will mention the salary break up in Appointment Letter.
Once the candidate joined, we will provide them appointment letter. But if we provide the salary breakup before they join the candidate will demand for the salary hike from the salary which we offer.
