one of our employee has suffered an accident on the duty and is bed ridden due to the accident i want to learn what is the provision in such cases for payment of salary if the employee is totally disable due to the accident

Dear Friend, Please ensure organisation covered your employees in any policies ,if not covered then employer is liable to pay under Workmen compensation for his permanent or temporary disablement.
