Dear HR professionals, Previously, I have only one subordinate under myself, which had made the task delegation more easier, and now I have 2 staff under me with the same level of post and grade. Kindly suggest me on how to delegate effectively, so that the task don't get overlapped, or there won't be any conflicts.
