kindly help me in understanding as per the Act(Payment of wages/Minimum Wages etc) payment of salary on the basis of calculation of no. of days in month as 30.45 days is valid as per, If yes please share the act.
This is not valid calculation, calculation has to done on 31/30/28 as per month.
Industry to industry days may vary like ( some keeps 30 days constant for every month & some companies calculates on actual days of particular that month).
