Dear Bhavani,
You have raised the query but you have not mentioned the level of the employees.
Filling 100 vacancies of the freshers is possible in 45 days. To fill 100 vacancies, you need to conduct Aptitude Test of at least 1,000 candidates. Later there could be rounds of Group Discussion and personal interview. To do all this, you will require 4-5 persons which will include a GM, a Manager, Asst Manager and HR Manager assisted by 1-2 HR Executives.
To fill 100 vacancies of working professionals in 45 days is difficult as most of them will have a notice period of 60 days or above. Secondly, notice period apart, their availability is also important. To fill 100 vacancies, you need to give an advertisement in the newspaper or upload the requirement in the job portal. However, the selectors need to filter CVs of at least 400-500 candidates. This in itself will take 8-10 days. Later to conduct the interview of 400-500 candidates, it will take about 8-10 days and their notice period will start thereafter.
Thanks,
Dinesh Divekar
