Minimum rates of wages are fixed/revised by the appropriate Govt. (Centre or State) after adding the so called employment in list of schedule employments under Minimum Wages Act, 1948. Now you are to see where your company is working & which is your appropriate Govt. You can take the help of area Labour Department. You can take the help of site paycheck.in for different state Govt. minimum rates of wages.
