Factory licence & labour Licence are altogether different. Mr. Sugan is not requiring renewal of factory licence. In general Contract Labour Licence is considered as labour licence. This is in speaking terms. For renewal of Contract labour licence you have to go through applicable state Rules.

I have one question, our company laboure licence is 1000 laboure strenth. but i want 1500 labour on the labour licence.
So please tell me what is tho process of extending labour licence?

You are required to apply for amendment in Licence to the Licensing Officer of the area along with difference of fee & security fees, if any stating the nature of amendment & reasons thereof. See that your Principal Employer should also have RC for this no. of Labour.

Where is your work? Whether it is under Central Govt or State Govt. ?
If it is under Central Govt you need to apply for amendment for licence on plain paper by attaching original licence and pay additional security deposit @ 90/- per worker. No need to pay licence fee as you might have paid maximum licence fee of Rs. 375/-. No online facility is available in Central Labour department for renewal or amendment of licence.
If it is under State Govt, pl contact the office from where you have taken licence, they will tell you the required procedure because procedure and rate of SD is different from state to state.

If you want to apply for renewal of licence under Central Govt then you need to apply in Form II as prescribed under Rationalisation of Forms and Reports under Certain labour laws Rules, 2017. You need to submit application by hand or through post as online facility is not available with central labour deaprtment for renewal of licence. You have to pay renewal fee @ the same rate what you have paid at the time of obtaining licence if you are applying one month before expiry of licence otherwise a fee of 25 % in excess of the fee paid by you.
