Please help me what are all Forms & Registers to be maintained under the Karnataka Shops and Establishment act.
I have seen so many post mentioning that FORM T- Salary Slip please let me know it is Combined Muster Roll cum Register of Wages or Salary Slip.

Where is the confusion, the Form-T itself states it's a Register which provides for all relevant info.of employees inclu. attendance, salary particulars which has to be signed by the employees concerned every month. It's not a salary slip to be cut & issued to the respective employees. Better give a read carefully and understand calmly, nothing to panic in it. There are printed blank registers (stationery) available in bookstalls all over Karnataka, buy, fill them up, get the signature of employees which have to be produced to the Labour dept. as and when required for inspection & certification of verification, may be not on month-on-month basis but preferably once in a year.
