You could have given little more information about the nature of your industry, how many attendees will be there in the meet, what kind of issues were discussed in the past etc.
Secondly, you wanted members of this forum to give ideas to make the HR meet a little more exciting. Nevertheless, excitement also depends on empowerment. Therefore, the question that needs to be asked is what is the level of empowerment of the attendees. In many companies, when there are annual meets, the top boss speaks and his/her juniors are expected to nod in affirmation. Does it happen in your company also?
You wanted the members of this forum to give ideas to make your annual HR meet more exciting. But then the members of your team are from HR as much members of this forum are. Therefore, why not to ask your team members themselves?
Part of the last sentence reads "...so that make fell special to all Hod and teammates". Generally, HOD is only one. How many HODs your company has in the HR department?
Your post is short and while writing even the short post also, it appears that you were so busy that you did not get time to correct the grammatical mistakes. If you are so busy then will you have time to read and execute the suggested ideas?
You have asked for the ideas but at the same time, you have kept your identity anonymous. How openness of the members of this forum can go with your anonymity?
