actually all leave divided by per year. suppose 10 cl than 365/10=36.5=1 cl.
if any employee have been not taken any leave in last 4 months than you can give 4 cl in any month.
in my factory cl-10,sl-8 & El-16/18.

The general principle is that the employee can avail of leave, that is credited to his account, as per his requirement and as per the exigencies of the employer; there is no monthly or weekly or periodical quota. Of course, the management can regulate but cannot dictate how and when the employee can avail of the leave in his credit.

Generally leaves rules are regulated as per the concerned State's Shops and Establishment Act or Factories Act in case it is a Factory and Company Policy. Please check your respective S&E Act or the Factories Act.
