I am trying to claim my pf advance through online and my UAN is active, all the KYC is updated ,all the basic information are correct, when i process for the claim, information like DOB,NAME ,DOJ & other information showing correctly but once the adhar verification done, claim form will be generated, in that form DOJ is showing my previous employer joining date, due to this reason my claim is rejecting , at the time claim processing DOJ shows present employers but after claim process done it shows DOJ of previous employer, i tried customer care and visited pf office , none of them not ready to help.
