Hi Mona,
It was a very good one... but i somehow feel there is a substantial component of personal life which comes into the picture when answering the questionnaire. For eg. An employee who answers the question will attribute and relate more to his personal life than his work life.. However its my hunch. :)
Regrads,

Hi Mona,
This is really very nice, however how does one calculate the burnout level? I mean once one gets the Total of the 21 items what does one do to arrive at the numbers bet 1-7?
Please clarify.
Have a nice Day!....I mean a Stress free day...Ha..ha!
Yeah I suddenly realised we have Teachers Day, Labour Day Childrens Day, Mothers Day Fathers Day etc, Why not a Stress Free day? Why not friends?
Think and Lets select a Day to celebrate. Some of us have mastered the Art of living Joyfully with Stress. I feel if Awareness spreads more and more will start living Joyfully....Tada!

Great contribution, the stress meter / calculator is a good tool to check not only stress but a lot more.
I did take test it personally, my score was 2, & that makes me Happy.
Also experimented, my self and my wife answered questions as a
" Couple" to understand whtr the routine stress is taking a toll on our married life, and affecting our lives in general.
our score was 3 ( Jointly )
I also experimented with my boss & peers, just to understand the health of our camaraderie.
our score was 3.5
so all's well that ends well
warm regards.... Deepak.
