Dear All I am working as an HR Executive in IMT Manesar (Haryana) from the last 6 Months, My Current Company is not maintaining compliances work properly, I already discussed with the GM on this matter and also my senior manager can't have any knowledge about compliances work in HR, Please Help me to know what compliances work & registers are mandatory to maintain as per the central or state govt. acts or regulation.

Every month compliance has to submit to your client end after the invoice was cleared. particularly you have to provide the form-A (Employee' details) Form-B (Wage Register) Form-C(Salary Deduction) and Form-D(Muster-Roll).

Non-Compliance is Punishable under the Laws including Employment-related Laws whether
1. By the Employer and or ;
2. By Factory Manager/ Commercial Establishment Manager;
3. By Any Other Managers, Supervisors & Employed Persons including HR Functionary etc
For instance, Duties of Employer have been Listed in Section-19 of SHWW (P,P & R) Act 2013 and the Penalties mentioned in Section-26 of the said Act + Penal Action will be initiated in Companies Act for Non-Compliance with the Provisions of the aforesaid Act of 2013 especially Section-4.
Please IMM draw Attention of your Employer/Head of Establishment + Superiors to the Recnt Amendment to Companies (Accounts) Rules 2014, which was gazetted on 31.7.2018 to Safeguard tour Employer/Board of Directors.

A) Factories Act or Shops & Esta Act & Rules as applicable to yourEsta

i) PF Act with recent Order from our Supreme Court;
ii) Payment of Wages Act, ( Authorized & Unauthorized Deductions;
iii) Maternity Benefit Act with recent Amendment;
iv) ID Act ( Setting up Grievance Redressal Machinary)
v) Gratuity Act,
vi) Contract Labour (R & A) Act;
vii) Minimum Wages Act; and
viii) Sexual Harassment ofWomen at Worplace ( Prvention, Prohibition & Redressal) Act 2013 under which your Employer as well as the Internal Committee are bound to File Annual Reports ( Sections21 & 22). In addition other Laws that apply to yoyr Esta oor Employer
Streamline Compliance Quickly for Penalties prescribed in certain Acts include Fine and or Imprisonment, too.
