Hello HR Seniors, I am looking for your valuable advice and suggestions in my career development.
I am a MBA-HR graduate and have 2.5 yrs of work experience as a HR executive but predominantly I worked in IT recruitment.
From the last 2 years of I am on break because of motherhood and would like to restart preferably in HR generalist role in electronic city Bangalore. But I don't have experience in other HR functions.
1. Does company offer HR Generalist profile at my level.
2. Is there any course or certification which provide practical training in HR generalist role.
3. Which HR functions/ Companies provide flexibility/work from home options for working mother. Accordingly I will upgrade my skills.
4. What kind of role i should pursue to maintain work life balance.
I also have done MSW and have 2+years experience in counselling, project coordination.
