Dear All,
I am working with a Software company in Bangalore as a General HR and in total I have around 4 years of experience in Recruitment and General HR ..
I am planning to move to ERP and thought Oracle HRMS course (Functional) to be the best option. Want to know SAP HR is Better or Oracle HRMS or Peoplesoft HR .
Which is in more demand right now and which one will be more helpful for an HR to build career and reach the highest echelons of a professional organization ?
Other then these, are there any latest technology for HRs.

Hello,
Sorry to break the news here, apologizing in advance, I am only sharing past experience not necessarily would happen to all though.
SAP courses are provided by many institutes, they usually conduct such courses for minimum 2-3 mths duration. They do not guarantee jobs because today's SAP market in India for freshers is diminished. All SAP jobs are available for project management, implementation or consultation level. Even end user jobs require minimum 2 years of experience in SAP. In such case, many institutes offer fake experience certificates to their students so that they can easily enter the SAP market on a consultant role.
Not sure about other ERP fields that you have mentioned. I am only sharing information related to Delhi/Noida/Gurgaon SAP HR market (end user and consultation jobs) as I remember how me and my batch suffered for lack of SAP jobs for freshers.
All the best to you. Have a great year ahead.
Thanks and Regards,
Akash Sharma
