Try not to jump the gun and wait for the employers action before you look for the solution. Have patience and one cannot take action much less against an employer on hearsay or gossip no matter how strong the rumours can be. I do not think it can be possible in the long run as you still need some assistant level employees to do the routine chores and employer will think twice before paying them the salary you are talking here.
