Can some one help me with a Health and Safety policy for a manufacturing company in building material industry?

Safety and Health of Workforce Members occupy Priority & High Attention in Factories Act & Rules, naturally /inevitably.
Employers/Entrepreneurs / Visionaries set up Enterprises / Manufacturing Undertakings to CREATE Wealth and Wellbeing for all Stakeholders and Realize Very Well that in absence of the following Pre-Requisites Or MisUse or Lesser Use or Slackness on the Part of Supervisory Staff Members to Enforce their Non-Negitiable USE Accidents Happen, Workstoppages Results due to Accidents = Injuries Ultimately Cuasung Loss to the Injured & his/her Dependents and to the Business due to Absence of :---
1. Safe Workplace;
2. Safe Work Practices, Safety Standards, SOPs, Procedures etc
3. Safety Appliances/Protectives Issued to Users especially to those Engaged/Employed in
Hazardous Work Conditions or Raw Materials or Processes ( Operations etc) inclus
4. Low Morale & Commitment;
5. Weak Monitoring etc
Curbing aforesaid Un-Helpful Workplace Practices & Habits therefore Need to Be the CRUX / Key Concern & Intent of Safety Policy. Clearcut Commitment shall Bring Forth the Contents/ Text of Safety Policy you in consultations with your Mgt Top Team can DRAW/ Draft.
Same Rationale + Commitment applies to Health Policy to be drawn & adopted. Healthy People, Happy People Produce More Output with Less Input, Faster & Better. Health Policy Contains, inter alia,
i) Pre-Employment Medical Examination (Complete including Vision, Test, Colour Blindness Test,
Weight etc;
ii) Regular Medical Check Ups at decided intervals & Record-Keeping, therof;
iii) Annual Medical Check Ups for those Employed in Notified Hazardous Work/Job;
iv) Complying with Norms & Min norms & standards notified in Factories Act & Rules such as
Illumination, Noise, Moving machineries, Mobile Equipments , Electrical equipment including
Power distributions, Shut-Downs Check List etc Weight Pulling Limits etc; and
Above all, Hours of Work, Leave availment, Compulsory Weekly Off, OverTime Work Limits etc
Canteen Facilities, Qaulity & Quantity of Canteen Eatables ( Food Snaks Tea etc also directlyaffect Health ofEmployed Persons
