Respected Sir/ Madam,
I am working as Manager -HR for the poultry firm where I had signed an affidavit making declaration that I will work for two years from the date of appointment, and if any such conditions arise where I have to resigned I will pay Rs .78000/- to the company and company can take any action against me and if company terminates me then they will serve one month notice but now as such the scenario is different. I have been assigned the task that is different from my scope of work. Secondly, the commitment made at the time of interview are not delivered. So please tell me on what grounds I can resigned and what are the consequences of the same.
