Dear Sir,
I am writing this to know -
1. Can a company adjust their clients debt from employee's incentive or from his full n final settlement.
2. Sooner or later if company recovered outstandigs from the client can they hold the amount of the employee which they adjusted against client' debt.
Request, Please confirm.

The actions of the company are clearly irregular.
Incentive cannot be blocked/stopped/recovered if client fails to pay.
How does an employee become liable for customers debt to company, even if he is the salesman for the deal?
No legal basis to such actions.
