Dear Sir, In the past 4 years I just got 5% salary appraisal. Now once I asked to my director, he replied that company is nit bound to give appraisal every year and as my salary is at par so dont expect salary appraisal.
Request, Please confirm -
1. Appraisal law if any made by government in favour of employees
2. If my salary was at par management should not inform me in writing that now my salary has touch the limit what management can give and now this will be on my wish whether I should continue on the same salary or can leave organization by giving 30 days notice in writing.

Salary (Compensation) is increased or decresed based on Performance Appraisal. Nornal Increase in Wages could be due to Scale Incremental Pay of the Performer who is notinally in a Grade Structure
