I have few questions regarding recruitment procedure... especially bgv (background verification)...posted this in another group but did not receive to the point answers....TIA
1. Does your organization conduct education verification from University or college. Or just physical verification is done.
2. What are pros and cons of doing education verification from college/University and whether it is advisable
3. How much time it takes - duration and how much would it cost per employee
Any insight would be very helpful to standardize the bgv procedure at our organization. Thank You.
