Dear Sir/Madam, Thanks for your explanation. Can you please discuss the rationale behind considering the HRA as 30% of total wages. Is there any law / provision regarding this ?

Dear Sir /Mam ,
Thanks a lot to explain about the included and excluded allowances. Please help me out if our employer is paying PF contribution on complete basic whether it is 15000/- or more than 15000/-. In case of some employees having their basic more than 55000/- our employer is paying PF contribution on the actual basic.
So, in the above mentioned case how we should proceed further should be cover only those employees who are drawing basic salary less than 15000/- or we should take all the included allowances in consideration for PF calculation for all the employees.
Thanks & Regards,
Shailza
