Dear All,
I am looking for some guidance in Designing - KRA Methodology for an organization. It's a startup and wants to define it's KRA for each department.

There is nothing like "KRA Methodology". You need to institute "Performance Management System" (PMS). Instituting PMS is a far more serious business. I have given a reply to a similar post. Click the following link to refer the reply:
