Hi all of you I have some doubt that daily wages are calculated by 26 days but who worker working 28 days in such cases how to calculate their salary Plz help me

Dear Mr. Srivinasan
1) First fix per day wage (either as per minimum wages prescribed by state government based on standard Basic pay decided by the company). Your DA, food allowance, and allowance any if linked with attendance are generally linked with the Basic hence vary as per actual attendance. the other allowance normally are fixed.
2) Multiply per day rate with actual attendance (authorized leaves are to be considered) and that will be payable wages.
