For a office staff whom we are paying salary of RS 7000per mth and to workers we are paying minimum wage which is 320 per hour. Is there any definition for minimum salary?

Pl.refer to the notification of 'minimum wages' issued from time to time by your state govt. For workers you pay wages @ Rs.320 per hour ?? Are you sure. If so it may work out appx. 320x8x25=64,000/-. Are they regular employees or part-time workers. Why are you paying them on hourly basis instead of monthly salary ?
My mistake it is 320 per day not 320 per hour..
