Is it possible for the contractor to get contract in a company without PF ESIC registration?
He is using Third-party PF & ESIC Registration showing on third party roll. is it possible.
D. RAmesh

It is improper, when salary is on third party roll, PF and ESI are deposited in the name of third party, then the contractor is only a name lender and has no legal standing. The contractor has to have its incorporation, it has to be registered under the Shop & Establishment Act, PF & ESI Registration, is to be a valid license holder under CLRA so as to be a genuine legal entity.
