We are in the process of hiring an employee; I know that employment bond is illegal in India, but if its entered into with free will, is it valid & legally binding?
Also can we incorporate the bond clause of 2 to 3 years onto our appointment letter considering that we will be spending a huge amount of resources in training & educating him?
Please advice.
