Clarification about in wage revision for esic
Hai hr folks one employee was joined in organization in the month of jan2022 with a monthly salary of rs.20000/ and his name was included in after completion of his service his salary has been revised from 20000/ to 23000 now he is not eligible for esic wage limit is 21000/. my question can we continue his name in esic or not if continue how can we continue ? how much wage ? we to show in most
Applicability of employees compensation act vs esic act
Hello please resolve the below query: 1 is there any mention of applicability of employees compensation act where esic act for eligible employeesrs 1500 & below not applicable in any of these two acts. 2 is there a wage ceiling for inclusion of employees under employees compensation act 3 if answer to pt 2 is yes then do all employees under that wage ceiling fall under the coverage limit or only those who are involved in a manufacturing process are covered i.e mostly workmen category 4 will the employees eg employees in managerial & supervisory roles who are above the wage limit of rs 15000 & are not involved directly in any manufacturing process eghr finance purchase it materials warehouse etc typically in support functions also be covered under the employees compensation act.
Esic and wc not applicable
Our factory is covered under esic and few of workers involved in the manufacturing process are out of the esic coverage because of their wage more than 15000 pm. and under sub section 3 of section 10b of workmens compensation act1923 chapter ii whereby there is specific denial of applicability of wc to the factories to whom esic is applicable. my question is if any accidental death happens inside the factory and esic benefit is not applicable due to wage more than rs.15000/ pm and also factory is outside the perview of workmen s compensation act 1923 will any other law applies for this please clarify.
Pf & esic applicability
Dear folks what is the applicability & liability of pf & we have a group company which we started recently in now the number of employee is more then 20 in that company. we have taken pt registration but we have not taken pf & esic yet. what if we apply for the same after 6 month getting the idea on future of the company. what will be the effect on employer. also let me know what are the other ways to solve this issue. warm regards mamta

Dear all i have a question on esic applicability. if an employee is registered for esi & his gross salary is rs 14000 till march. in april his salary is increased to rs 17000gross. is he eligible to continue his esic contribution? employee want to continue esi
Esic exemption
Dear seniors to begin with a very good morning to you. i am having a problem regarding esic exemption. according to esic if an employee getting more than 15000 gross wages so he/she will not be eligible for esic. so now my question is that if an employee get gross wage more than 150000 wage o.t in two or three months in half yearly contribution period apr to sep oct to mar so after that in future he/she will be eligible for esic in next month or next contribution period. your reply would be greatly appreciated. thanks & regard s nitin sharma
